Contact us

We're here to help with your quotes, your move and your account. Email is the quickest way to reach us.

In short: for help with anything, email support@serverlinx.com. To report a security problem, email security@serverlinx.com. To correct something on a host page, use the correction form below.

Get help

Email support@serverlinx.com for questions about your quotes, a price that looks wrong, your account, Renewal Radar, or a move.

To help us answer quickly, tell us:

  • the email address you use with Serverlinx (if you have an account);
  • the website or domain your question is about;
  • the page you were on, if something didn't work.

Never send us passwords by email. If we need access to move your website, we'll ask for it through a secure page in your account. Why we work this way.

When you'll hear back

We read every message and reply by email as soon as we can. If your move is coming up soon, say so in your subject line and we'll put it first. Requests about your personal data are answered within the time the law allows, which is one month.

Report a security problem

Email security@serverlinx.com. See our security page for what to include.

Our postal address

Serverlinx LLC
1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200
Sheridan, WY 82801
USA

This is our registered business address for letters and legal notices. It isn't an office you can visit, and post takes much longer to reach us than email.

Request a correction

Spotted a mistake on one of our host pages, or work for a host and want to correct something or send a response? Tell us here. Every request goes into our corrections log, and we aim to reply within 2 working days. If we got something wrong, we fix it and say so on the page.

We never change a score or verdict for payment, and we don't remove accurate criticism because a host objects. How corrections work

We only use it to reply about this request.

Say what's wrong and link to where we can check it, such as the review page or your own terms.
