Terms of service

These terms are between you and Serverlinx LLC, 1309 Coffeen Ave STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”). By using serverlinx.com you agree to them. Contact: support@serverlinx.com.

Our quotes are based on prices we check regularly and show the date we last checked. Prices can change, and the host's price at the time you buy is the one that applies. You buy hosting directly from the host, on its terms.

Some hosts pay us commission when you buy through us. That never changes the order of your quotes — see How we rank and How we make money.

Keep your sign-in methods safe. Renewal Radar reminders are a helpful service, not a guarantee: renewal dates we find automatically can be wrong, so please check anything important with your provider. You can delete your account at any time.

• Authority to act: when you book, you authorise us to access your old and new hosting, email and domain accounts only to carry out your move.
• Your old site stays live until you approve a preview of the new one. We don't change your old account until you confirm.
• Backups: please keep your own recent backup before a move. We take our own too.
• Cancelling: you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start sooner, you can still cancel, but you may pay for work already done.
• Our responsibility: we take reasonable care and fix problems we cause. We aren't responsible for your hosts' own services or charges. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

• The free move covers the Serverlinx migration fee up to £100 ($125 in US dollars, €115 in euros). If your move costs more than that, you only pay the difference, and your quote shows it before you book.
• It applies when you switch to a host shown in your Serverlinx quotes and buy it through our link (from your quote or your Serverlinx account) within 30 days of clicking through, then book your move with us.
• The host confirms your purchase to us automatically. If that confirmation doesn't reach us (for example because you bought on a different device), you can upload your order confirmation instead and we'll check it.
• We need confirmation of your purchase before your switch-over day. You can book your move before it arrives.
• The offer covers moving your website, email and domain as described in your quote. It doesn't cover the new host's own charges.
• If you cancel or get a refund for the new hosting within its cancellation period, we may charge the migration fee we covered.
• One free move per website. We may change or end the offer, but never for a move you've already booked.

Don't misuse the site — for example by scraping it, trying to break its security, or using someone else's email address. We may suspend accounts that do.

We'll tell you about important changes to these terms. If you live in the UK or EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring a claim in your local courts.
