Backups

In short: Saved copies of your website and database that you can restore if something goes wrong.

Check how often backups are taken, how long they're kept, where they're stored, and whether you can restore one yourself without paying or raising a ticket.

Keep your own copy too. A backup stored only with your host won't help if you lose access to the account.
