Fair-use policy
In short: The rules that put limits on 'unlimited' hosting plans.
'Unlimited' storage or bandwidth usually means there's no fixed figure, not that there are no limits. A fair-use policy sets out what the host counts as normal use.
Common limits include inodes, CPU and memory use, and how many emails you can send per hour.
