Mailbox
In short: One email account with its own storage and login, such as you@yourbusiness.co.uk.
Business email is usually priced per mailbox per month, so costs grow with your team. Some hosting plans include a set number of mailboxes.
Aliases and forwarders are extra addresses that deliver into an existing mailbox, and are often free.
