Managed hosting
In short: The host looks after the server for you: updates, security, backups and monitoring.
With managed hosting you focus on your website and the host handles the server. It costs more per month than unmanaged hosting, but often less once you count your own time.
'Managed' means different things to different hosts, so ask for the list of what's included.
